Bio

Trainer for 18 years. Ex Owner of CrossFit Queanbeyan. I now coach at CrossFit Base in Canberra & CrossFit Cartel. I also own Australia's PT Business of the Year - Succeed Personal Development. Have been doing CrossFit for just over 4 years, qualified for the Aust Games in 2011 & 12 in the teams section and having another crack again this year! Love CrossFit, and what it has done for the fitness industry, it has taken it to another level.

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I eat clean for the most part (hard as I now own my own cafe!!). I allow myself 1-2 meals a week where I eat what I want I also still love a beer or two on weekends...

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

90% of my sessions are done at CrossFit Base where I coach. I also love variety and tend to mix it up , whether that be outdoors or with other trainers at another box. I have gone down the path this past year to hire a coach in Rob Downton from RAW Strength and Conditioning. This has been great for me and has certainly made me more accountable to my training, and I have noticed a marked improvement across the board. Would definitely recommend getting a coach. My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I train other people

Just went with a mate and started training at school gym and went from there. Have done 4 specialty course in CrossFit and now train all my clients in the same methodology. It has changed my business and given me a whole new lease on life with training and have opened up my own box....
