Trainer for 22 years. Owner of CrossFit SFS in Canberra. I also own Australia's PT Business of the Year - Succeed Personal Development. Have been doing CrossFit for just over 8 years, qualified for the Aust Games in 2011 & 12 in the teams section and leading by example for my awesome box here in Canberra. Love CrossFit, and what it has done for the fitness industry, it has taken it to another level. Very fortunate to have a few amazing companies in Australia supporting my journey, in Weights and Mates Apparel, Convict Coffee, Lawless and Gym Meals Direct. These guys are not only looking after the young up and comers but also us Master's athletes. Great companies to deal with and a pleasure to put my name to their companies.
