Trainer for 21 years. Owner of CrossFit SFS in Canberra. I also own Australia's PT Business of the Year - Succeed Personal Development. Have been doing CrossFit for just over 7 years, qualified for the Aust Games in 2011 & 12 in the teams section and having another crack again this year! Love CrossFit, and what it has done for the fitness industry, it has taken it to another level. Very fortunate to be a fully sponsored athlete with a few amazing companies in Australia, in Unbroken Athletic Apparel, ASN Supplements Canberra & RAW Fitness Equipment. These guys are not only looking after the young up and comers but also us Master's athletes. Great companies to deal with and a pleasure to put my name to their companies.

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I eat clean for the most part (hard as I now own my own cafe!!). I allow myself 1-2 meals a week where I eat what I want I also still love a beer or two on weekends...

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

99% of my sessions are done at CrossFit SFS which I own. I also love variety and tend to mix it up , whether that be outdoors or with other trainers at another box. Into my third year with the same coach in Rob Downton from RAW Strength and Conditioning. Having snapped my tricep tendon during the 2014 Open's Rob has modified and worked with me to get me back into mix for 2016. Having a coach has been great for me and has certainly made me more accountable to my training, and I have noticed a marked improvement across the board. Would definitely recommend getting a coach. If you want to talk to Rob:
