I have been doing Crossfit for two years now. My husband and I initially joined CF to train for our first Tough Mudder. Since, we have done two Tough Mudders, multiple endurance races, and have fallen in love with CF! I love my Crossfit SOTO family, which have turned into our best friends!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
100 % Paleo 50% of the time! I eat well (for the most part), but I just like good beer too much!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also do a cycling or yoga class once a week to change up my routine and add different cardio. Also, once the weather improves, we trail run with our Crossfit Endurance team once a week!
