I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
Stuffed crust pizza and malt liquor.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Mostly with big ass weights.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Sometimes it blows my mind Rich Froning is a sponsored athlete, I'm soooooo much fitter than him.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
I used to bare (bear?) knuckle box against grizzly bears in an underground Russian ring. After becoming the three time world champion, I decided to switch my attention to CrossFit. Rich, I'm coming for you.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I don't even rest in my sleep. I'm always lifting weights, bro.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
