How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I pretty much subsist off of pizza and beer.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout twelve days a week. Its not a bid deal or anything. And I don't EVER lift anything less than 225#.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I'm the best skier ever. Like, I get offered sponsorships to ski ALL the time but I always decline them because I believe sponsorships ruin the sport.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
I used to be on the Russian Olympic weightlifting team but when that got too easy, I left so I could join a real gym where they'd actually let me lift some real weight. Thats when I got into powerlifting. But after a couple of years I got really tired of being suuuuuper strong, so I left the gym. Then I heard about CrossFit and how easy it was and I thought I'd give it a try. It turns out it was crazy easy and so I decided to stick with it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
Rest? What's that? I don't even rest in my sleep. I'm always lifting weights, bro.
