I am a wife, mom to 4 and grandma to 8. I have been doing cross fit for 5 years and excited that there is an over 60 division since 64 is right around the corner. My daughter and I will be trying to do each workout together this round, obviously different divisions :) Happy that my body still works and allows me to do these sort of fun things .
