How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat Paleo as often as I can, while trying to be flexible.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Gardens Crossfit 5 days a week, plus running in local 5K's and 10K's. I'd rather run than walk.
