I'm a crazy italian in Public Relations, I have 4 coffee-making instruments in my kitchen, and I believe muscle ups look much better with a polished manicure. Training Think Tank Athlete. Founder of

How I Eat

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Until the age of 12, I thought various types of pastas represented the different food groups. I've made some healthy changes, though, thanks to my coach!

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

There's something beautiful about waking up and having one less decision to make in the morning process of getting ready and out the door.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

I played basketball through H.S. and have a few Cross-Country state rings. I've done some sprint triathlons, and 1/2 marathons but full marathons are where I draw the line: there isn't an i-pod mix long enough or a lulu top wick-y enough to keep me entertained and dry more than 1:48:00!

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

CrossFit has improved my quality of life in every way. It's the best route I've taken to stay healthy, fit, and positive. I have some of the best CrossFit friends in my crew now and we are takin' over.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I do exactly what is programmed for me and fight the daily urge to want to do more.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

2-4 years

4+ years

To be honest, my CrossFit affair started as a way to keep me on track (and out of the bars!! ha) more than anything. It has become the best part of my day and the reason I'm happy to "pass" on all those indulgences without flinching.
