My Athletic Background
I have always been into sport and used to compete gymnastics when i was younger. I teach group fitness and gymnastics by trade and love all aspects of fitness.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I train other people
As a group fitness instructor i have seen my fitness levels and body shape change dramatically, crossfit helps improve my performance when teaching so therefore helps my members to get results too.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I really should rest more often, im working on this one.... when im not training in the box I am usually teaching however i do try to leave one day a side for mobility and low impact work.
