I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I mostly train at CrossFit Marysville with a group of awesome athletes, the class I attend is 95% ladies so it is always fun and challenging. I am also a trainer at the newly opened Tulalip Bay CrossFit which is a Garage Gym on Tulalip Reservation. When I need to get extra strength training in and can't make it to CFM I will do it at TBCF.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
In High School I couldn't even run a mile.... My husband Apollo would try and get my to Workout and I would just cry..... Last year during the open I couldn't do a double under and my first Pullup was during the last Open WOD..... needless to say, I did not get a Chest 2 Bar pullup that week :)
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I started doing CrossFit when I starting bringing a group of tribal youth for my job as a "Drug & Alcohol Prevention Specialist". I fell in love with it.... last year I did the open and it lit a fire in me... although at that time I couldn't do a DBL under or a pullup.... Well since then I have worked hard, living CrossFit in my everyday life. MY husband and I got our Level 1 cert. and opened our own gym.... and it has been such a blessing!!!
