My Experience With CrossFit

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started at Paradiso Crossfit. The combination of starting Crossfit and eating paleo was life changing, I will never look back.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout 3 times per week.
