Played just about every sport as a kid, soccer, softball and rowing in high school, collegiate rower at Purdue, ran over 14 marathons & road races in college and a few years after college, completed a Ironman triathlon in 2006, played in the IWFL and WFA for the Sacramento Sirens, and competed as a alternate for the US Women's National Football Team. I have a son, who I adore. I am looking to lean out and get fit.
