How I Eat
Partial to pancakes, shortbread and scotch eggs. Milk, dozens of eggs, bacon and sausages. I eat a bag of doritos most days. Yes. Sir. Eat to perform!

Boxing was my sport for 10 years. Made the switch to CrossFit in August 2011.

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
