My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

My experience with CrossFit has really been a positive life changing experience! A little over two years ago, I was doing what I thought was a decent job of staying in shape by doing my beach muscle routine at the gym at work. I know you must be asking what the hell is that... Simply consisted of benching, pull-ups, push-ups and some dumb bell curls. After coming three days a week to the gym Mike Tromello the Strength and Conditioning Coach asked me if I was interested in trying something a little bit different from what I was doing. Thinking I was in decent shape, I jumped at the opportunity to see where my fitness routine would stack up. For the very first time the Coach had me do The Filthy Fifty! Wow, was that an eye-opener, I struggled all throughout the WOD and for the very first time felt like I had to blow chunks! At the end of the WOD I was literally in all fours. Being able to survive through that experience had me on a natural high with endorphins firing away! Within minutes I knew that this is what I wanted to be doing! Coach Tromello is not only my coach but he is also my co-worker and very close personal friend! I am extremely delighted and very thankful to of found the CrossFit Community thru an amazing Coach!!

My Work/Rest Schedule

I strictly schedule my rest days
