How I Eat
I love food and need it to play league at an international level. I monitor what and when I eat but I don't follow a strict diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I play Tag, League, Touch. I train 5.00am every morning and every lunch break and do crossfit most arvos. Really love crossfit and the challenge it brings. have an awesome gym and every one is supportive

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
We enrolled my two boys into crossfit to assist with there league. I would go but just to watch. The boys coach encouraged me to give it a go and to give the games a go last year. I didn't do any crossfit training before the games and was getting coached on lifts and exercises as we went. It was frustrating but they made me get through the games and they have helped prep me for the upcoming games.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
Crossfit is my new passion, but as I am trialling for my 3 world cup for League, I have to also incorporate the required league trainings into my schedule. As I work full time, I have to therefore meet the requirements of my league trainings before work and at lunch time, this allows me to do crossfit in the arvo
