I started Crossfit June 18, 2013. Before Crossfit I did little to no exercising, this has completely changed my life for the better!! I'm hooked for life. I am a stay at home mother of 3 children, ages 15, 8, and 6..I now have my Real Estate license and work part time, I really enjoy this new balance.
