How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I stay strict paleo for the most part so since I'm not good at crossfit, it keeps me ripped like Ryan Reynolds and the ladies think im an outstanding athlete.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I workout 5-6 times per week and add a day where I do strength then a WOD twice a week. Need to run more because I hate it and it's boring and does nothing to keep my abs looking good.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Love to play basketball, ride my bike or anything outdoor-sy if I can. Being outside is sweet unless There's a game to watch or Sportscenter is on.

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I train other people
Been doing Crossfit since August 2009 and deployed for 6 months twice in that period so have not had a solid yr to train and focus solely on Crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I rest when my body tells me it needs a break. I listen to it because if not I could workout everyday. I rest about 6 times a month and at least 1 day a week. If I'm really beat up, ill take 2 days off consecutively if I feel I need to.
