I've been doing CrossFit for the past 4 years and never really trained for high-level sports before aside from practising traditional karate for over 20 years. I have a bachelor's degree in computer science and I'm working as a systems administrator. I've been a trainer at CrossFit Plateau for 2 years.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Not strict Paleo but pretty close. Not many cheats, but when I do it must be worthwhile.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
1 workout = 1 hour training session with 2 to 5 parts. I usually train 5 times a week (3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off), but will schedule more rest days if required.
