With a few exceptions including heavy cream, chease, chocolate and potatos in small amounts.

Soccer and tennis mostly. Crew in college. Skiing and swimming as hobbies.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Rest Wednesday and Sunday.
