I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I played youth or high school level sports
I played some football up to my sophmore year in high school. I also would lift weights at a local gym or at home, but became bored with the lack of originality and no interaction with others. Crossfit is a perfect fit in terms of what I need.
