I am professional stud muffin with in depth experience working with the elderly. I enjoy traffic jams and long lines at the grocery store. Most people find me annoying and difficult to be around. I look best when wearing multiple layers of heavy winter clothes including, but not limited to, stocking caps and ski masks.
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat strict Paleo
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
i drink mostly beer and I poop thunder. I weigh every meal but only upon exit. I don't eat paleo but only associate with others that are strictly paleo so I can show them how much better my meal is than theirs. i eat 1 - 3 cheat meals per meal.
How I Train
I train like a champion. I chalk before and after every rep and sometimes in the middle of a rep. I have never, ever broken a sweat. Not even one drop. I'm usually bone dry at the end of any workout. You should hug me after this work out and see for yourself.
My Athletic Background
My athletic background has prepared me for the heavy binge drinking I plan to do after this work out.
My Experience With CrossFit
In my experience crossfit ladies are pretty dang hot and crossfit men are all "swole-up." Like they pissed in a yellow jacket nest and got stung all over.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually work until I start to breath heavy. Then I stand around and rest with my hands on my hips and think about how awfully hard crossfit is.
