How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I basically eat healthy, but am trying to gain weight/muscle. On the weekend, I tend to not watch what I eat.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I go to Crossfit 3-4 days per week. I also belong to a regular gym. I go there 1-2 times per week.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I've been working out consistently for the last 25+ years.
