How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm the weird person in the office eating sardines mixed with avocado with a side salad..... for breakfast.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Love CrossFit Identity and work out there several times a week. Weekends are for heading outdoors to the woods for trail runs, mountain biking and orienteering.
My Athletic Background
No athletic background until taking up recreational racing in my late 30's. In fact I managed to never take high school Phys Ed. managing to not even enter my high school gymnasium! Now I've completed a couple of Ironman's and long adventure races.
