Started crossfit exactly 1 year ago from pretty much no real sporting activity for 15 years. I have lost 30kg so far with the aim of loosing another 15kg over the next 6 months.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to stay on the straight and narrow and am getting better with time.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train 6 days a week at Crossfit Territory with a couple of one on ones with Brendan Southwick per week.
My Athletic Background
I was a gym junkie in my late teens and early twenties, also an armature triathlete and played soccer...after marriage, five kids and going from 90kg to 148kg over 15 years I found crossfit. I have lost 30kg's in my first year of crossfit and loving it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started with a personal trainer doing crossfit.
