My focus is on olympic weightlifting in 2013 and will be training for Nationals and Pan Am Masters. My workouts are predominantly strength-based and technical for the snatch and clean & jerk.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a blended diet focusing on raw foods and paleo. The Vitamix is my favorite kitchen utensil.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
