I use crossfit to increase my strength and conditioning to achieve better results in my chosen activity , martial arts . I have found crossfit to give me strength in every area and improve my conditioning generally . Cross fit is a drug and you can't help but want to be better , either technically or become more powerful and fitter. If you get with the right affiliate , friendship and network is great and can drive you through any workout
