Crossfit is life. I've been doing Crossfit now since March 24th, 2014 and can't be happier. Down 80lbs, and in the best shape of my life. Thanks to Crossfit Akron, Crossfit Akron North, Coca Crossfit, Declaration Crossfit and Cuyahoga Falls Crossfit for everyone being involved in my journey so far. The biggest thanks go out to Jason Elrod and my mom for getting me motivated to change my life for the better.
