How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I'm a type 1 diabetic. I started Paleo in Jan 2011 and my health is much better because of it. My diet is about 90% Paleo. I measure my food (for carbs) but I don't restrict the amount.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
and I run.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I am a 1/2 marathon runner, so my workouts are 80% CrossFit / 20% running.
