How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing crossfit now for approximately a year and a half; I thoroughly enjoy the personal challenges, all the camaraderie and all the different levels of fitness and age groups working out together. I had a few opportunities to travel working out in other crossfit gyms, I appreciated how great everyone was with the same warm extended family type atmosphere. The crossfit community is close with a common thread that instantly bonds complete strangers from all walks of life. Crossfit is Inspirational!
