Bio

I'm Rae, and have been doing crossfit for a little over a year now. Last year the open was my first real exposure to crossfit competition, so I'm really excited to compete in this year's open after having done several other crossfit competitions throughout the year.

ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I eat real foods, and try to eat generally Paleo, but I definitely wouldn't call it strict Paleo.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I've also gotten quite in boxing lately.
