How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat kinda paleo, with exception of dairy and legumes.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Train hard, with all a got !!! My attitude towards training and life is "Go hard or go home !"
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Was involved with mu-Thai, boxing and BJJ when still in school was competing in mu-Thai in under 16.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
When I started crossfit I was in fairly good shape, but not with much willpower, this has changed a lot since taking up crossfit. Will attend my Lvl.1 in march, and some specialities afterwards...... the progression is limitless.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
5 or six days a week, 2 of these days I will do two or three WOD's
