I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
90% Paleo with the occasional cheat meal and beer
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Knee has been injured for over a year now. It sucks but I can still do a lot of Crossfit still and I'm thankful for that.
