Bio

I have been doing Crossfit now for close to 4 years. I am the Owner/Head Coach along with my wife Alea Helmick, of CrossFit ReVamped in Columbia, Md. Our box is doing great and couldn't be happier with the community we have developed. CrossFit has really changed my whole philosophy towards working out. I have been an Athlete my whole life and have trained for high school, collegiate and even professional sports. None of those training regimens compare to what Crossfit has done for me physically and mentally. I am 28 years old and married to my beautiful wife Alea. She has supported me so much in all aspects of life. We have been competing side by side for 4 years now and finally competing at Regionals together again. I missed the 2014 and 2015 Regionals due to injury. I played college baseball at Towson university and Professional baseball with the Baltimore Orioles.
