How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
was on strict paleo for years.... now about 90% or so. sometimes I eat quinoa or brown rice.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I work out at a CrossFit Affiliate. I also workout outdoors (hike, run trails, track, etc.)/ sports including basketball and at times, I work out at a regular gym.
