Proud father of four, Kristen, Division 1 Lacrosse athlete, 5+ times Crossfit Games competitor with Front Range CFit. Silver medal 2011 Games Team. Competing this year as individual. 7th place in region after Open, heading to SLC for Regionals. Matt, 8 years Sgt. USMC, served in Afghanistan. Currently part owner and operator of the best swim school in Colorado, Colorado Clownfish. Todd, Cornell graduate, athlete on their nationally ranked lacrosse team. Currently Sgt. Special Forces US Army and Cody, also a great Lacrosse player, now helping his brother and mom run the swim school. I believe I'm the last Master athlete left from the original 15 who competed in 2010 to compete in every games since. I was in 6th place after the 1st two workouts but unfortunately I tore my bicep in the Dead Lift event and was unable to participate in the last event. Just received notice that my video was accepted and registered for 2014 Games today. I'm looking forward to heading out to Carson in July to compete with my Master friends.
