I started competing in Crossfit a few years ago and loved every minute of it. I love being active, healthy and I love to lift heavy things ;) One day I was doing some oly lifting and could barely lift 65 pounds and didn't understand what the heck was going on.....I soon found out I was prego and took the 2013 open season off because I was too fat to tie my own shoes for a while. Thankfully I was already in great shape pre-pregnancy and was heavily involved in Crossfit, so I was able to work out the entire pregnancy.... 6 months postpartum at the beginning of this years 2014 open, and with much encouragement from the hubby, I decided it was time to start to try competing again. We will see how this goes.....
How I Eat
I have a very strict diet of donuts only... for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've seen tremendous improvements since I've been making the donut diet a part of my life.
