I eat whatever is convenient

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
+ some running stuff wherever and all other kinds of sport. Limited training and a lot of work since October '12
My Athletic Background
I played professional sports
I was a professional decathlete till 2005. In the last years I did a lot of sports but not competitively.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I first tried CrossFit when I came to the US, CO for my master thesis in fall 2010. My coach was Leo Jekins and he was an AWESOME coach. GOOD LUCK Leo!!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
