I started doing CrossFit almost 4 months ago after watching the CrossFit games and seeing the intensity that the athletes trained at. As a person in recovery, I have found that one of the main tools that keeps me balanced is working out to a high level of intensity and CrossFit has allowed me to do that and so much more in the short 4 months that I have been training. CrossFit makes me feel strong and confident from the inside out and for me that is priceless!!! I have a huge love for all sports and activities and simply love being active and living a healthy lifestyle! My true passion is snowboarding with surfing and wakeboarding being right behind it, but I truly love all activities such as running, biking, hiking, basketball, etc.. With CrossFit being at the top of my passion list now, I can truly say that STRONG is the new SKINNY!
