How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Eat almost strict Paleo with one cheat meal a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Workout at R.A.W. in Pittsburgh and occasionally run 5 miles.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Have played football, baseball, basketball, track and swimming. Now I run, play dodgeball, and go to cross fit/RAW.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
The coaches at RAW are really good. They are motivational and suppportive and they push just enough to help us advance to new levels. I'm really happy with the facilities RAW. Some of the best workouts have involved running in the hills and trails around the facility - no easy feat!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I go to RAW 5 days a week usually resting on Friday and Sunday.
