I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Eat almost strict Paleo with one cheat meal a week.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Workout at R.A.W. in Pittsburgh.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Have played football, baseball, basketball, track, swimming, and dodgeball. in 2013, I did my first Tough Mudder and tandem jump. 5 days a week at RAW Training.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started CF in 2011.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I go to RAW 5 days a week.
