How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
New to paleo but not doing a strict paleo diet as of now. I'm trying my own hybrid diet. Something like a zone diet with paleo type food selections while keeping track of daily calorie intake. Still enjoying my cheats but hoping to wean off of them in the near future...we will see.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Mostly hit the WODs Monday through Fridays with rest on Saturday and Sunday. Would love to take a single rest day during the week and do a Saturday workout but often doesn't fit my schedule.
