How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
During games season I won't eat nachos at all.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I am very disciplined about GOING to my affiliate, but I like to pick and chose which movements I really want to do in each workout. If I am not feeling it, I just skip overhead squats or pistols. That sh#* is HARD....

I regularly play recreational sports
CrossFit has revolutionized my Frisbee Golf game. I am sort of known as a bad ass in my league now.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I told CrossFit that I wanted to train the older, fatter athlete. They let me take Level 1 anyway.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I have a whole routine for rest days that involves cigars and tequila.
