Husband of 23 years married to Shari. Father of three awesome Young adults Tanner my oldest is in Fire Fighter School, Justin an avid Crossfiter great swimmer will be Continuing swimming in College with the hopes of becoming a Swim Coach, Arianna my lovely intelligent daughter is also a phenom in the water now swimming with The Lake Lytal Lightning Swim Team. I have been a Firefighter for 15 years and have been Crossfiting for the past 5 years. I have been a games competitor for the last 4 years. I have been Truly blessed to be introduced to the Masters Crossfit Community and have made some amazing friends. How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

paleo/zone combo I work with a Nutritionist Justin Coats who has helped me Tighten the reigns!!!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

I have an amazing support system in my wife Shari, my Coach Doug Chapman of HyperfitUSA and great athletes such as Pierre & Pam Soero Chase Daniels, Chris Muscarella, Stephanie Mc Carthy, The Hustle Hard Team and all of my Gym Family who stay after normal workouts to help pace me and keep me motivated. These Guys Push me to be better!!! God Being my inspiration.
