How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
Eating is my weakness and with 3 kids under 10 and a business of my own it's the easy one to neglect.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I train at Crossfit Brisbane with Matt Swift and his team of Awesome Coaches. I have a nice setup at home that can fill any gaps in my training schedule.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
The last 10 years have been a mix of Triathlon and Mountain Biking and in the last 4 years Crossfit has taken over my focus. I don't plan to race Tri this season and focus on getting healthy again after a serious illness in the last half of last year.

Nothing comes close to the experience I have had training with the CFB Crew. To find an environment as supportive as this is a rare thing. It has shown me the real spirit of community.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I train 5-6 days per week 3 weeks a month and only 3 days in the final week for about a 3 month cycle then have a full week off.
