How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Trying to cut back on carbs and desserts / sweets.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I do Cross Fit and try and spin once in awhile. I also run when it is nice outside.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do Cross Fit at least three times a week and take one day off. I do other types of workouts at times.
