I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
I played sports in highschool. For the last 20 years I have raced cars at the amature level.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
There is a CrossFit box at my gym. What struck me is that the owner has all the equipment in the gym to use and he does CrossFit. I did the two week trial and was hooked. After a year of Crossfit and the Lurong Paleo Challenge I am 30+ pounds lighter, stronger, and faster.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I train six days a week
