I mix training into a full life. I teach and coach in addition to being a foster parent for 3 kids. My wife and I had our first in May of 2015. Training used to be a higher level of priority and today it is more of a privilege. It is a good life!
How I Eat
I try to eat clean most of the time. I don't stress about cheating every know and then and I love baked goods. I rarely drink and I am fortunate that my wife provides many varied, healthy meals.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
My Athletic Background
I thoroughly enjoyed my HS athletic experience and although I competed in a year of track and 2 years of football in college, it was always second fiddle to HS.
My Experience With CrossFit
My good friend introduced me to Crossfit over 7 years ago. We did Fran and Helen as our first two WOD's and I continued down the path. That friend was the major reason I am involved with Crossfit. I wish I could visit our local affiliate more often.
