Had 3 orthopedic surgeries in last 12 months, so I haven't been in a regular WOD rhythm for over a year. After each surgery, I was just about done with rehab, when another injury set me back. Now I'm 20 lbs heavier than last year, and in much worse condition. Life is a journey.

Swam and played water polo for the United States Military Academy at West Point; graduated in 1994.
