How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat a Paleo diet but do allow myself some wiggle room for the sake of my family and friends who do not eat Paleo at all. I am constantly battling it though and fall off the wagon quite a bit.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
CrossFit is the only real workouts that I do. I try to run here and there but nothing consistent.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played football and basketball for a couple seasons but asthma made it hard. I've run a few 5Ks here and there afterwards but nothing serious. I play softball on a church league on Sundays in the summer but not much else until I discovered CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
I just showed up at CrossFit Utility one day towards the end of October of 2011 and was instantly hooked! During my first workout with Doug Price I knew this was what I had been looking for.
