Garage gym - Crossfit Level 1 trainer - program by Michael Fitzgerald of OPT in Calgary. Injured in 13.4, finished in 27th, just recently cleared to ramp it up a bit, so this year will be a training period for me.

See injury above. Lost grip on rep #85 of 13.4, left tricep stopped firing for a long time. Lost a lot of muscle mass, could not press any significant weight overhead for 6 - 7 months.
