How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
...for the most part. After eating strict Paleo for a little over a year, I recently started incorporating a ton of whole milk and cottage cheese into my diet in an effort to put on some size. I weighed 122 during last year's open, and 128 at the beginning of 2013. After adding the dairy, I'm up to 141 (13# in about 2 months) with a end goal of reaching a lean 150.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started doing CrossFit in November 2011. In September 2012 I broke my hand which put me out of commission until late December. Although my injury was quite frustrating, and in some way set me back, I actually feel better/stronger/more efficient now than I ever did before.
