How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Introduced to CrossFit in 2008, but genuinely intimidated, I watched from the sidelines and began a separate fitness journey. Eventually I grew restless with the gym routines I had become accustomed to. I walked into my hometown box CrossFit Puyallup in November 2011. As of October 2013, I now train at CrossFit Tacoma Strength & Conditioning.
