How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
l follow the paleo diet, but not as strict as some athletes....l do follow the same priniples however... nil grains, nil starch vegetables, but do have some dairy ( coffee )
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
l do all my workouts at Crossfit albury/wodonga.... 6 day per week
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
l haven't much athletic background, sports etc growing up...
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
crossfit has changed my life for the better... fitness, nutrition, etc...
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
l have a strict rest day per week,,, usually eithere sunday or mid week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
lm just a newby to crossfit.... learning all the time... and progressing every week...
